Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack your knives in their original protective sleeves and branded boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the blade quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
